Old Northwest Review Available October 28

ONR 001 - Sepia Cover 2 - FrontThe Fly Came Near It is proud to announce that the inaugural issue of Old Northwest Review will be released Tuesday, October 28.

Old Northwest Review is a literary journal that specializes in publishing poetry and prose that is of, from, and aligned with the culture and aesthetic of the Great Lakes region and the Greater Midwest.

Among the offerings in the first issue of ONR will be interviews with Emmy® Award-winning actor and native Michigander Jeff Daniels and award-winning poet and author of An Instrument for Leaving, Monika Zobel. Previews of these interviews with Daniels and Zobel ran on Michiganders Post earlier this summer.

The issue will be available as a paperback and also feature poetry and prose from many writers, including:
